Unprofessional

Not sure if this is a legit business. They show positive reviews on their website but not sure if these are ****. It's been almost a month and I am yet to receive proper feedback or a straight response as to when I can get my repaired inverter back. They had asked for full payment to be paid and cleared on the same day, however once payment is made, no feedback is forthcoming. I've sent 6 requests for feedback in the last few weeks and still have no idea when I can expect my repaired inverter. I was told I would get delivery last week Monday, but nobody showed up. I received no feedback until I queried. The response I got was the same response I recieved 2 weeks prior. I again expected delivery today, but again nothing with no call, explanation or feedback. I messaged again today, and got no response. I tried calling but nobody answers. I got a message saying someone would call me back ad they were in meetings, but the entire day passed with no call back. This is a very unprofessional business if it is in fact legit. I will likely need to contact lawyers to assist me further.
