Very good decision to go with SolarAdvice!

A very positive review for SolarAdvice on their offering (well priced) & service levels in general. They recently completed the install of a 12kW-3ph inverter/batt/panels setup at our home in CT. Inverter to DB route was a bit complicated & they handled this well. From the outset it was a good experience ... website is excellent providing info, system costs/config options (many do not). We were kept informed of any delays (panels); installations happened on dates assigned and so far the system is working very well. All the staff (including installers) we interacted with were very easy to deal with, thus ensuring a seamless process ... in the context of the current chaos in the industry, this is no mean feat! We requested a few changes (post install) & any requests to do so were responded to promptly (often after hours). CoC received promptly. We would most definitely recommend SA to others.
