Solar Advice - Doing business the right way

I'd just want to give you guys at Solar Advice, really everyone there I’ve dealt with, a special shout out and mention.

I know people are quick to complain when things go wrong but seldom give praise or acknowledge when work and matters are handled excellently.

SolarAdvice where champs in getting my battery replacement all sorted from the re-order, allocation, booking a team to do the swap/install and keeping me in the loop.

To the awesome two guys Johan & Jason that did the swap out and wall mounted them for me without making a mess, breaking anything and just being really pleasant to chat to - this business is doing this right and all my interactions with various people over the last 7+ months has been consistently excellent – I have always found you all patient - I know I can be difficult - but there was no need for me to ever be, as everyone I’ve dealt with are just really professional about dealing with all of this - highly recommend you guys!
