Slow and unresponsive
Quick to take payment and very slow to install. I had to follow up twice to ask when will they come to install the equipment. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. Not a good experience.

I have done some digging, I believe this comment was made after inspection the same morning. of this comment.
I have subsequently tried to call you a few times myself however have had no response or answer. I would like to hear more of the story to make better sense as I from my side see the installation pipeline data we have on our system to be intact.
Please could you kindly let us know if you are wanting a refund, we will of course 100% give you a full refund if you feel unhappy with the service.
