Poor service - do not use solar advice.
The order and delivery process was quick and painless. It’s been 2 weeks now post part installation. My system has not been completely installed and I have no COC issued after asking a number of times. I would not use solar advice again. I would like part of the installation fee refunded and the correct parts delivered so the install can be finalized.

Firstly we greatly appreciate any and all feedback for us to make use of to better our service in any way we are able.
I see that the installer has dropped the ball with the communication with you, we do apologise and have used this experience to better our system with the booking department.
Further feedback from the install department below.
Breakdown of Mickey's Installation:
-The first email received on the 29th of March about the installation not being complete.
-Contacted Lennon on the 29th about the installation that Schoeman did for him.
-They contacted the client and went through to the client on Sunday to check the system.
-Lennon said the client needs a comms cable and they are going to the client tomorrow with the cable.
-Client received COC during the weekend
Kindly let me know if there is anything further for us to attend if needed.
