Poor installation coordination!
Installation booked for 09:30 today, 11:00 and no one has arrived and no communication from the company until I made multiple calls to follow up. Wasted leave taken at a cost to me. After said multiple calls and trying to get hold of the right person I get told that they will give me a heads up 1 hour before the installers will come through but unable to tell me when that will be as the installer is busy on another site. Very very poor installation coordination. It's about more than just making the sale.

I apologies that the installers were not on time for the installation today as they had advised. Solar Advice is investigating this with DFGS our contractors to see why this happened.
The installation team did try and call you this morning to advise of this before the proposed time. There were calls made after that time as well as they had not been able to get hold of you.
I have sent you the screenshots from Lee-Anne to show the calls that she tried to make. This has been sent to your personal email address.
Lee-Anne advised she has spoken to about the arrangements and is ensuring everything will go as planned from this point on.
