Great service

What excellent service we have received from Solar Advice. I placed an order online, got a response immediately. We bought a battery and an inverter. The response was immediate and the sales person suggested that we buy additional cables as this was our first installation. All this via email. This a huge plus for me as I prefer to communicate on email. We are so busy these days and finding a solar provider that make the online experience such a pleasure and a seamless process is very rare. They were even cheaper than the suppliers in Pretoria - this includes the courier fees as they are in Cape Town. We are now looking for the solar panels and will definitely buy from them (even though the courier fees will be high), however, we are guaranteed a great service, and no money can buy that.
