Good service
Good technical advice. Communication after placing the order can be improved by providing frequent notifications via email if there are delays etc. I did however receive a call when my order was ready to be delivered.
My order was eventually delivered and when I got back from my business trip I realized my order was short delivered and no information provided as to why. I had to constantly follow up for feedback. I followed up again today after speaking to Dean yesterday but no response from warehouse as to what happened or when I will receive my stock.
I would purchase from them again as I believe these issue can be sorted out.
