Good and efficient service (Ordering Goodwe inverter)

I enquired regarding a GoodWe inverter and quickly got feedback that it wasn't in stock, but could be obtained within 2 days. I take this sort of feedback with a grain of salt, I wasn't particularly in a rush so I requested an official quote to get the ball rolling, again this was very quick.

I made the payment on the Friday, giving the funds time to clear. On Tuesday I was told the Inverter was shipping and it arrived Wednesday early afternoon.
