Exceptional!

I purchased a full solar system (panels, inverter, battery) from Solar Advice on 25 May 2023. They arrived and installed on 9 June 2023. The installation started 9am and they were done 4pm. So far, everything works incredibly well! The after-sales service is also excellent! There were cheaper alternative companies I wanted to use but wow, they never reply to emails, their websites were useless, and they had bad reviews! So I chose Solar Advice because: 1. Excellent website, I could choose exactly what I needed and get an accurate amount including installation! No other company I found had this level of detail on their websites! I mean, I want to know exactly how much all this will cost (no hidden costs). 2. Excellent help. They reply to my emails, they pick up the phone when I call. They have virtual site inspections. They won't leave you in the dark :-) 3. These people really care. Like I said, the after-sales service is top notch! They follow-up. They monitor the system remotely. Just great! So I didn't mind paying a bit more. The experience and service I received was worth the extra costs.
