Very Poor service

I purchased a pool blanket from them, however the incorrect product was delivered. I spoke to a representative and it was agreed that the correct product would be sent and the incorrect one picked up at the same time from me. The courier arrived about a week later to pick up the incorrect package but not to deliver as promised and as per instruction by the manager Shaun. By this time almost 3 weeks had passed and the manager did not apologies for the inconvenience, he only postured to explain to me about the policy of first receiving the incorrect package before they would even begin manufacturing the new blanket ( which should have been done in the first place.) This was the first time I got to hear about this POLICY , this after the agreement with the representative to replace and collect their error. Shaun in his arrogance did not even acknowledge the fact that it was their production who messed up the order. I was treated as if I had made an error. This is shoddy communication and service in the highest level. We are going into week five since my purchase on the 13th March .... and guess what ? I have to follow up to beg for my product - If I were a cynical person I could accept that the customer is not always right but at this place - THE COMPANY IS NEVER WRONG - This is not on Solar 2000 - UP YOUR GAME !
