Solaffecient Solutions - We Trust Them

We installed 19 x 550w solar panels, 2 x Victron inverters and 4 x 5kw lithium batteries in June 2023, and have now enjoyed the benefits for almost a year.

Louie Renken was patient with my many questions, walked me through the process from initial meeting and subsequent meetings when I asked more questions to final commissioning.

The whole system just works and we carry on with our lives. Initially we kept looking at the app to see why we had electricity and our neighbors did not. From time to time, we look at the app in amazement to see how the mini solar power station we have on our roof is working. We now simply trust the system to work and are thrilled and delighted with our purchase.

We called Louie when the batteries were depleted during extended power cuts and the backup generator did not automatically start. He sent someone our immediately only to find out that someone out side had unplugged the backup generator system. He again was supportive, helpful and was there to help us.
