I purchased an electric golf trolley after several emails and phone calls with this company. After receiving confirmation of my payment but then no notification of shipping for over a week I started following up. Emails ignored and phone calls from different numbers got hung up on and then ignored. How can this company still have an active website? Absolute ****mers. Will pursuit ******** charges

Shopping **** - Solaer
This is a **** and only taking your money. Do not use them. The main person is Shawn Phillips (interesting name that is not fitting). once you pay you do not get your goods and you will be blocked and will have no response

Please do not use this company. they have an authentic website and provide you with a quote. once you pay you money you do not hear from them and they block your number if you phone them.

Payment made, no delivery – unresolved and concerning
I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers. I made payment to Solaer (www.solaer.co.za) for a product that was not delivered as agreed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I was left out of pocket with no satisfactory outcome. After this experience, I discovered multiple reports from other customers describing almost identical situations. This strongly suggests a pattern rather than an isolated issue. I would urge anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any payments.
