VERY UPSET

I am very upset about the response i got from Solé Salon & Spa Liberty Midlands Mall, PMB on the 28th of december 2017 i went to get my hair done and paid R800 for a colour to be put into my hair. only to have it was out in a month. now i know from previous experience in having my hair dyed it is not meant to wash out it is meant to GROW out. when i approached the store about it they said the only thing they can do is give me a toner and id have to pay R250 for it. i am highly annoyed because hair dye is meant to grow out not wash out. i am not sure why i should have to pay now again for a mistake **** by the hair dresser who did my hair. i will never recommend Sole to a single person and i WILL NEVER GO BACK again. poor service and customer service
