Poor Communication

I app**** to the university just as it opened, paid an application fee of R100. I never received any feedback from them, no rejection letter , no acceptance letter. Attempted to call and event sent emails to no response, now that i am trying to apply again it shows i have a student number , which i to date haven't received yet i paid an application fee and zero feedback
