accident on site

An accidet happened on 06/11/2012 in kimberey at the site of sol-plaatjies in homestead kimberely,in which my late son Neville Jonathan Kock together with 4 collegues died on the scene.Promises were made after the funeral that R1.1 million would be paid out to each of the families of the deceased but up until today nothing was paid and it is 3years now.I've been to kimberely how many times to fill in forms and then afterwards with no replies. The families of the others deceased based in kimberely phoned me giving me names and telephone numbers of people at the labour department to phone i even went to WCA in pretoria and they gave me a claim number and i phoned labour department in kimberely and spoke to a lady named Zondi who is handling the file,only to be told that the system is offline. It is every week offline when i phoned which is impossible,and then his pension money which their HR,Ruth who said that i must phone their offices in Cape town without a number nor a name. I don't know what to do now and a lady at Old Mutual at Southgate referred me to you people because i'm based i johannessburg. Labour department number is *** and my numbers are ***
