I bought sneaker at this retail company via instagram called Sol Palace. They were suppose to deliver by the 12th of June 2024 as of today i have not received a delivery. I’ve had communication with them via whatsapp(which is their only communication) they promised to refund me on Tuesday but now they are no longer even replying to my texts.
