Owner refuses to give me back my refund

I've had a terrible experience with the owner of this business. Paid upfront for 5 months and now that we've fallen out he refuses to pay me back. He owes me for two months of training and even though I said I don't want the money back (in anger), I think it is fair I get my money back. His blocked me and I've been trying to get a hold of him with no response. I just want my money back.
