False advertising and dishonest business ethics

<p>I made an online purchase of a sleigh bed. the quality of the product delivered was very poor and did not look anything like the product on the website. </p> <p>They said that I can ask for a refund when not satisfied with their product as i would see it for the first time on delivery. On the night the product was delivered (after 8pm), I made the payment which is the my end of the agreement - that same night the bed was delivered I realized that the bed look nothing like the bed on their website, it was very dirty, wobbly and i was not satisfied with the workmanship. I immediately sent a message to the sales consultant as i could not reach her when calling. I explained to her that I'm not happy and would like to return the bed for a full refund. </p> <p>The next day (09/08/2016) she got back to me and apologized. she said she did not have a chance to look at the bed as she is away - she takes the blame for not doing the quality check on the bed and said the people who manufature the bed are new and might not know the work - she said she will send her guys to come and collect the bed and remake the whole thing. I told her that i no longer want their products and want t full refund. </p> <p>10/08/2016 - Jean said she will send people to come and collect the bed - i spoke to her on the phone and she agreed when i said i want a full refund and no longer want their product. No one came to collect the bed. </p> <p>11/08/2016 - i sent Jean texts and she ignored - until i indicated to her that she must not ignore me. Another person named Matthew sends me a text to say he will be sending people to collect the bed for repairs - i told him i don't want repair i want a refund. He says he cannot refund me but can only correct mistakes on the bed and send it back. </p> <p>From then they all have been ignoring me and no one has come to pick up the bed which is sitting in my garage. I have lost money for trying to save with cheap unworthy products.</p> <p> </p>
