Very disappointing after-sales service

Very disappointing after-sales service from Sokolic Solar. Even “There are internal failure alarms and I need urgent help” does not get your call returned. I called five times that day! I referred three friends who also purchased systems and they have all had a similar experience when needing support - there is just none at all. If you need help, find out who the support agents are for your equipment and go directly to them.
