The installation workmanship was excellent, but their after-sales service absolutely sucks, in that it is non-existent. The only time they actually called me back was when I needed some repairs to my panel mounts, which was obviously a paid job. I requested a Certificate of Compliance from the company and as well as and SLD (line diagram), but have been given the runaround for almost a year now. Joe has just stopped responding to mails, and Andrew is conveniently on another call whenever I try calling. I'll leave a message for him to call me back, which he never does. I have no choice at this point but to get the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman involved. So disappointed with this treatment after dropping over R250k on my installation.
