Complaint against developer

Good day

Please assist with Sokhela investments as they have been ***********. I bought a newly developed house in Blue Hills. As discussed numerous times with project manager/developer Mr Mlindeli Ndaba i had planned to move in on the 28th February 2017 and he promised by that time the house will be completed. On the day of moving in he didn't pitch,he sent his worker ,there was no handover documents,no house plan,many things weren't done e.g shower,lights not working,unable to load electricity,no water meter,no gutters,no solar gyser installed, leaking toilets,main bedroom basin not used because water spray all over the place, cracked window glass and walls ,no door between main bedroom and ensuite bathroom,loud irritating aound when flushing toilets or using all water taps and shower.When i complained about he only fixed the shower . Ever since he never responded to my calls and emails. Complained to NHBRC since 2017/7 last email was sent this year,still no feedback.
