I had to create an account just to Thank Semakaleng and the team she worked with on my claim because calling in or sending an email to a Manager would be limiting my appreciation of his or her great work,I sent an email on the 28 of November 2022 informing your team that i lost my phone because i was waiting for my sim swap to be done little did i know that i would get a responds the same day ,I would like to say a Big Thank you to him or her and the team she works with i got my phone in the 3rd of December 2022 a quick responds and an easy way to get a new phone.
