Sovha is the worst!!
I contacted Sovha about a claim for my damaged device and received a rejection letter saying I have exceeded claims in the 12 year period. They are quick to write these letters and they didnt check the claim dates. Then you have to go through a long process claiming over email that takes so long to receive a reply. It so easy to deal with Hollard directly this Sovha has made things so difficult and slow.

15 Aug 2023, 13:44Hi Thulisile
After thoroughly investigating your complaint, we emailed you to confirm that your claim was rejected due to the maximum claim benefits being exceeded.
The decline letter you received on 3 August 2023 lays out the correct process to follow if you don't agree with our decision. We have also provided the claim information to Hollard directly to assist you with the claims dispute. As the policy underwriter, only Hollard can make decisions about declined claims.

16 Aug 2023, 10:35What is use of send the rejection letter to me when Hollard says they doesn't deal with cellphone claims when I call them for a review. I have explained so many times that I have 2 policies but you are so quick to tell us to follow the steps. Ever since you have taken over our policies its been a nightmare. Why am I paying for 2 policies, with 2 different policy numbers but when I claim I am told its one cover band.
