SOHVA Insurance is a Big ****, i insured my device at Edgars, my phone fell into the pit toilet, i called and spoke to Veronica on Friday morning , to date she hasn't returned to me after stating that the device I am claiming is the device i claimed lost in 2001, it was repaired by Finrite insurance. My question is if the lost device is sent to Finrite for repairs why didn't they say Its a ***** claim, and 2ndly how is it SOHVA baby if that's the case. Mind you the device was lost in 2001 and the replacement device had imei number issues when i booked it in for repairs last year, as i believe was somehow the device was changed now they playing pillar to post game. SOHVA, Holllard and UIA must account. Otherwise refund me all premiums ****** ******
