I'm pleased by the service I got from sohva Insurance, I claimed my wife's lost cellphone. All they wanted was incident report from the police ,detailing how the phone got lost, hardly an hour after I emailed it I received sms and email both saying my claim is approved and all that was left was for me to pay the 200.00 excess
