Job well done

Good day Submitted my claim on Monday , and I was assisted my Nikita and amazing lady who was on the ball , she explained to how the claim works what I am supposed to do once the claim has been approved and every time that she called was was busy or out of the office this persistent lady tried to get hold of me .... helped me to the very end of the process and my claim was approved the same day ... I must say a big WOW to her , thank you Nikita for a job well done dear , keep you the good work .Regards Jessica
