Thanks to Lebogang and Njabulo in the Replacement Department. They were very helpful and reliable in getting my complaint solved in a short period of space. I was kept up to date with the progress on my claim and Lebogang made sure the matter was resolved before the weekend. Lebogang was hands-on in getting this matter solved.
