This is the first time ever receiving exceptional service when claiming for a cellphone device. Thank you for approving my claim within 15min of logging the claim. It is rare for these companies to call you most of the time they say “We cannot contact you, you must call us” that time you have never defaulted on premiums. However I cannot say the same for Sovha, I got to experience professional and efficient service. Well done Lebohang please don’t get tired of providing exceptional service.
