Exceptional customer service
On the 22/03/24 I contacted sohva consultant to claim my ****** phone.I was assisted by lady called Sharon Maluleke. the service I received from her was exceptional.the lady went all out to the extent that my claim was captured and approved same day, I even got the new phone the very same day.Sohva is the best out of the best.they really understand what excellent Customer Service mean.
