Excellent service by Sohva

Yesterday I called in register a claim for my mobile phone. Normally in a call center the consultants feel they are doing you a favor. Yesterday I was amazed by the service I received from Sharon Maluleke. She went out of her way to help me and get my claim logged , assessed and approved in a space of 1 hour. Today I had my phone delivered to me. I called in to Sohva to enquire about the charger and another query. Today I spoke to Dipuo Sekwele. She also just like Sharon gave me outstanding service. She managed to resolve my query and both oth these ladies gave a courtesy call back. Sohva is very lucky to have such dedicated staff like these 2 ladies. They both were extremely patient, polite and professional. I was very impressed with the way they both handled my claim and query and the level of service excellence they have shown me. Mr Njabulo Dlamini. As their team leader I really hope you value and appreciate these 2 outstanding agents. They are definitely an asset to Sohva. Thank you
