Excellent service

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the SOHVA team for their prompt response to my claims. I had my phone screen broken in February 2023, submitted my claim and it was approved within an hour and collected the following day. I, again, lost the same phone in June to ****s and claimed in August, my claim was again approved within an hour and replaced the following day of choosing the replacement device. Thank you SOHVA team and management for relieving me the stress of replacing my phone on top of other valuables that I lost when my phone was ******. PLEASE KEEP DOING THE EXCELLENT JOB.
