Good afternoon, It is true when they say one man's meat is another man's poison or one man's poison it's another man's meat either way you look at it, the bottom line is that, we don't see things or experience things the same.

I am sorry for what you might have went through and I acknowledge that, it's unfortunate what you are relating regarding the lady you are talking about. I can't get into the merits and the demerits of your situation, what I can say is that it's unfortunate.

I'm saying it's unfortunate because, my experience with her personality, Dipuo Sekwele. Her service towards me was nothing but the best, she was attentive in listening to what my query is all about, not interrupting as I was explaining the dilemmas I'm experiencing, paying attention to detail, voluntarily offering advice on devices that are available, she didn't even mind to go through the device's specs of devices she suspected I might like to check - giving me specs of such.

She made follow-up calls and emails to me as a measure of ensuring that all my needs are taken care of in as far as my claim is concerned.

At the end of my claim, she even checked up on me to check if the device was in order and I'm satisfied with it.

What I'm saying here is that I received nothing but the best service from her. And thank you very much Dipuo....

In extension, I would like to give praise and appreciation of the best service received from Tshepo and both ladies, Veronica and Sharon. The two ladies and Tshepo, just like Dipuo, in as far as my experience a Hollard is concerned as I was making a claim for my stollen device - their dedication in ensuring that my needs are service accordingly was their priority.
