Nikita assisted me, and i was pleased with her service. She was very informative, had patience and definitely showed me that assisting the customer is at her best interest. I have to point out the fact that she managed to identify why i wasn't being picked up on the system after i had spoken different agents with in this week. She was professional and i appreciate people that take their jobs seriously. I do advise that the company use Nikita as an example of good etiquette and how a call should be handled. 10 out 10.
