Zero Value for Money

I had an appalling experience at the Soho Sandton City branch. I went there to have my lip threaded and the next day I had developed a painful and ugly reaction around my lip. It has been so embarrassing to go out looking the way I do. The “manager” said that this reaction was owing to sensitive skin but if that had been the case, I’d have developed the same reaction around my eyebrows when I had my eyebrows threaded. I have never had this kind of reaction before after going for threading. There was a complete lack of care and what I experienced to be an unacceptable service. The prices are already so expensive, to the extent that receiving a service of such a low standard at prices that high... I would rather grow a moustache.
