Price was not discussed before service, Soddy work

I’ve been to Soho in the V&A waterfront a couple of times, the service and the work was just okay, and I vowed not to go back. Today whilst in the mall I decided on the last minute to go for a gel pedi and a gel paint on my nails. I was not told there will be an additional cost for the scrubbing of heels, I feel they were not clear about the price. Apart from that the gel in my fingers does not look good, a few spots were missed and I have several paint marks on my fingers. This has made me realize no matter how desperate I am, I will never support Soho again and ensure none of my friends do either. There are so many better salons out there.
