No appointments taken.

After working a tiring day , phoned the waterfront branch to make an appointment for 19.45 for a pedicure.The lady answering the phone told me it’s fine ,just remember to come before 8 because we close at 21.00. I eagerly arrive at 19.45 only to be told they are full and can not accommodate me , as they don’t take appointments!!!!! Wish the receptionist had told me this and explained this to me before telling me to be there before 20.00 and before I wasted my time driving there on a week night for absolutely nothing !
