Bad services

I have been to Soho a few times but did not experience such bad services. I did an acrylic French fill and 7 of my fingers were cut, few over buffed which lead to red patches on my nails and a bump on my big finger due to not buffing an area. i was bleeding and the Telma claimed I have sensitive cuticle's but I have been doing acrylic many years and this did not happen, but she was more bothered looking around while buffing my nails and she saw the blood but just continued buffing over it. What made it worse she used her finger and pressed on the open wounds without using gloves. I have spoken to Moya at the reception and she said you can't cut so many fingers but I was told the manager will call me when they in I should just pay and they will decide on the outcome.
