Complaint about noise and violence occurring often.

The weekend of 17-18 March 2018 refers. On Friday night there was a couple arguing from 11pm onwards, the male was kicking his own car and front door to the house because his female companion would not let him in. On Saturday night another couple were arguing around 12am into Sunday morning where the female occupant had locked the male occupant inside the apartment which left the male screaming that she (female occupant) was going to **** him. Eventually the police were called and they had to break down the apartment door to rescue/arrest the male occupant. There are only adults staying in both units so I dont understand their behaviour. I live in the estate next door and I could hear everything from both events, please take responsibility for your residents and dont allow such behaviour going forward.
