Bad service and a broken mirror recieved

I bought a mirror from Softyhome and they said 2 to 5 days delivery from the time you place the order,on the 5th day when I enquired when I will get my delivery, they said 3 to 7 days, and after I told them that is not what you advertised then they delivered the mirror, I was not home, so I asked my mom just to check the mirror, now the mirror has a crack in it, I ever regret buying from these people, now I will have to wait another week for another mirror, I
