unauthorized debit order

An amount of R397 has been debited from my account without my consent I'm going to take this legally further and sue these people for much more. This is ********. Its a ******* and I will take this further! You ripp people off when applying for loans. Pathetic. I want my refund asap. Or you will be talking to my lawyer. This is unacceptable?
