<p>Hellopeter exploits the market by allowing individuals to bad-mouth companies, but companies must pay to respond. <br /><br />Softy Comp will not entertain such exploitation, however we will say that some individuals who phone us, sometimes are not interested in listening, or do not understand, even though we do our utmost best to help them and explain it to them until they understand. A lot just want to vent their frustrations, which tends to nothing being solved, and they remain frustrated, which is dissapointing as we want to help them rectify the problems they experienced. <br /><br />We insist that companies who use our services, resolve any disputes raised by clients, and we want to make this clear to clients. We even penalise accordingly, and raise matters with owners, to make sure that all matters are resolved, and where relevant, clients refunded.
