Debit Order Clients

<p>Hellopeter exploits the market by allowing individuals to bad-mouth companies at no charge, then charges companies to respond, therefore Softy Comp does not use or promote the services of Hellopeter, however, we would like to state the following to people affected by debit orders, initiated by our client companies to whom we provide debit order collection services: </p> <p><br />1) We want to help you, and will do so till the matter is resolved. We understand the frustration if unauthorised deductions on accounts occurred, that is why we want to help resolve the matter.</p> <p>2) Please listen to us when we explain what we do, and what we require to search for your transaction(s), and which one of our client companies made the actual collection request, as they have to correct the mistakes.<br />3) We understand the venting of frustraion, but we also want to help resolve the problem, so please bear with us. We will answer the calls when people phone, if the lines are open and not currently engaged. Office hours 8 to 5, Mon to Fri.</p> <p>4) We insist that companies who use our services, resolve any disputes raised by clients, and we want to make this very clear to clients. We even penalise accordingly, and raise matters with owners, to make sure that all matters are resolved, and where relevant, clients refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>We ask clients to bare with us while we help them, as we will remain available, to help and make sure that matters are resolved, even if the companies who made the requests, don't rectify the problems.
