Bad customer service

I ordered a sneaker them. And they sent the wrong color and immediately informed them and they confirmed that there was a mix up of the order.

Since Friday we have been requesting them to collect the wrong sneaker and give us the correct sneaker alternatively collect and refund us.

To date they ignore my requests and do not respond to my queries.
