Poor communication, poor service, and just downright no care for their business model

If i could give this service provider less than a star i would. They truly do not even deserve a rating at all. I have experienced nothing but poor service from the start. I purchased an item, and was told details would be provided on the same day. Needless to say this did not happen, even after follow ups from my side - i had no communication or updates unless i myself was reaching out to them. I then receive the details 3 days later, and the details dont work correctly. So i reach out again and receive no feedback. They claim on their website that they pride themselves on customer service - this is clearly a joke. I urge people not to support this company as they clearly do not value customers.
