Bad service

I purchased product from them end of October. After numerous emails I only received the access information after a few days. Product is supposed to expire end of January and all of a sudden two weeks ago, I cannot access anymore. I've already send 4 emails and 2 whatsapp messages, but still no reply or solution from them. Be careful when purchasing products from them - it waste your time, energy and money.
