Softline Pastel - bas service

Having data *******ion, and data Fix takes 24 to 48 hours to repair the DATA... How on earth can a data fix take that long when the Software industry moves at such a rapid rate? Tried to talk to support and all that are doing is passing the buck. Absolutely unprofessional service. I have been a Pastel user for over 20 years and have now no option but to move to another Software company.
