****/Reused Software Keys

On 3 Jul 2021 we purchased a windows 10 Pro licence from Software Option and on the 5th Klaus send an email from his gmail account with the licence key, after trying to contact him for 2 days.

When using the key, windows give a promed that the key was previously used and can not be used again.

I try to contact Klaus several times for a refund but with no suksess, he left a voice note one day, saying he will rectify the problem but never did.

Don't make the same mistake as I did, it is not worth wasting your time, energy and money on this company.

Microsoft should investigate this rouge software vendor.
