Buyer Beware

On 16th March 2018 we did an order for 2 x Office 2016 Home Business packages from Software Option and made payment which was acknowledged, after waiting 20 days for the software , we requested a refund as all we got was excuses. On 10 April 2018 Software Option supp**** a Credit note for the Payment made.

We have tried numerous times to get feedback regarding the refund, Klaus don't answer my calls , not my emails
