Terrible Service & No Refund Still
Software Boys - Purchased a software from them, and it never worked from day one, asked for assistance serval times and was told that they guys are busy and will contact me, wait for a while and got got irritated....... They said its best that they gave me a refund (This was on the 31st July 2022 and till today I am still today that refund has not been made....... ( I have checked with my bank several times and nothing) I have sent Software Boys emails and they have ignored them, even blocked me on they WhatsApp) Gave them my money in good faith and to refund me now is taking forever. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as the service I received was BAD if you ask me.
